Just being candid here: I cannot rave enough about this product! Neutrogena, you made my oily skin nightmares a dim memory. Although this isn’t a face mask, it might as well be. Neutrogena’s Hydro Boost Water Gel is light, bouncy and instantly quenches skin without an oily after-shine. It also smells uh-mazing. To make this moisturizer feel more like a relaxing treat, I gently massage into my neck and face after cleansing and my mood is instantly boosted.
