10 Essential Fall Candles, for Everyone Missing Their Regular Strolls Through HomeGoods

Remember the good old days of wandering aimlessly through HomeGoods, giving yourself a migraine as you smelled every single candle on the shelf (twice!)? Between the fear of leaving the house or trying to get a good grasp of the scent through your mask, candle hunts look a lot different these days. To make it easier on you, I did some digging to uncover the best fall-inspired candles on the market. Here are ten of the best scents you can get, and the best part is you’ll never need to leave the house to get your hands on them.

If you’re looking for something that…

Try Bridge Nine Candle Co.’s Cranberry Orange candle ($22). As a bonus, they also offer some delicious fall scented wax melts!

Reminds you of hayrides and corn mazes…

Try Wild Rose’s Caramel Apple candle ($24). Female-owned and handmade in New York, this soy candle will have you drooling for what is arguably the most refreshing fall treat, a staple of every visit to the all-inclusive pumpkin patch.

Plants you in the middle of a brisk New England day…

Try Homesick’s Boston candle ($34). It contains notes of tea, spices and vanilla, wrapping around you like the wind in the Commons and the Starbies in your hand.

Try Siblings’ Scent No 06 candle kit ($22). This mega-sustainable brand sends out all of the makings to build your own candle – repurposing containers you already have – and Scent No 06 blends cardamom, sandalwood, amber, vanilla and strawberries.

Really pulls together two major aspects of the fall season – scent and baked goods…

Try Ryan Porter’s If You Were a Spice Girl You’d Be Pumpkin candle ($29). It’ll have your kitchen smelling like homemade pumpkin bread with no actual baking required!

Brings Christmas around a little early…

Try Bright Endeavors’ Amber & Tonka Bean candle ($13), which blends fir and nutmeg together to combine your two favorite holidays, whether you put the tree up before Thanksgiving even rolls around or not.
