1. Smore’s Blizzard, Dairy Queen
If you are looking for a perfect summer sweet treat, then this one is for you! The Smore’s Blizzard at Dairy Queen consists of vanilla ice cream, graham cracker pieces, graham base, marshmallow topping, and chocolate bars filled with marshmallow. This is one of my favorite items to get every summer, because nothing screams summer more than s’mores and a Dairy Queen blizzard. I ranked this item at number 1 because this is a fan-favorite blizzard and is one of my favorite summer treats to get every summer.
2. Oreo Cloud Latte, Dunkin
The Oreo Cloud Latte from Dunkin’ tastes exactly like cookies and cream but in coffee form. Unfortunately, this coffee isn’t available for purchase at many locations, but hopefully it comes back next summer. The Oreo Cloud Latte consisted of espresso, whole milk, chocolate cookie swirl syrup, marshmallow cold foam, and Oreo pieces on top. Dunkin launched this drink in April and ended it in August. Although this latte is gone, the marshmallow cold foam is still available, which was one of the best parts of the drink. This drink ranked second for me because it was so good, but I wish the item would have lasted on the menu longer and wasn’t so expensive.
3. Chipotle Chicken Loaded Griller, Taco Bell
The Chipotle Chicken Loaded Griller is the perfect item from Taco Bell for the summer. This item is back for a limited time as part of the Fan Favorites Menu, but is only available at certain locations. The Chipotle Chicken Loaded Griller is made with a flour tortilla filled with chicken, chipotle sauce, and sour cream. This item is perfect because it is cheap, light, and filling, making it a great option if you are looking for something small to eat in the extreme summer heat.
