Are you looking for some fall-inspired food ideas? Well then, this article has got you covered! In this article, I will be ranking my top 3 favorite fall comfort foods. These foods are either soups, casseroles, or stews.

1. Loaded Baked Potato Soup

This is my favorite comfort meal in fall because it is a warm, cozy meal that you can enjoy on a crisp fall day. To make a Loaded Baked Potato Soup, all you need is diced potatoes, shredded cheese, bacon bits, sour cream, and chicken broth. Instead of making this meal in a big pot over a stove, you could make it in a crockpot, which would be much easier if you just want to make it on a lazy day. This soup would make a great meal on a Sunday while watching football or just to feel fall vibes.

2. Tater Tot Casserole

This is my 2nd favorite comfort meal in fall because it is easy to make and is a nice warm meal as well. To make a Tater Tot Casserole, all you need is tater tots, cheese, ground beef, chicken soup, any seasonings or spices, and a casserole dish. This dish is another easy meal to make if you don’t feel like cooking and want something fast. This meal brings me back to my childhood, which makes this the perfect fall comfort meal.

3. Chicken Paprikash

This next meal comes in at 3rd; it is very good, just can’t see it beating the tater tot casserole. This meal is a Hungarian staple and is a fall staple for me as well. To make Chicken Paprikash, you need chicken breasts, seasonings and spices, sour cream, onions, butter, and spaetzle. This dish is a little bit more difficult to make, but in the end, it is all worth it. I usually have this meal served over mashed potatoes because it is more filling and tastes even better. This meal is everything fall because it is warm and is perfect for a chilly day.

Overall, these were my top 3 favorite fall comfort meals. I hope you learned about a new meal from this article. I hope that you might also want to try one of these meals because they are amazing and do not disappoint. Thanks for reading and Happy Fall!
