Hello, my fellow Jonas Brothers fans! I have had the privilege to attend two of the Jonas Brothers’ shows from their Greetings From Your Hometown Tour. I have always been a major fan of Nick Jonas even during his early years of his solo career. This tour truly made me a fan of all three brothers due to what the tour offered for those who were in attendance. Throughout this article, I will give you my personal favorite songs that were performed and why. Now, let’s get into it!

Honorable Mention: Kevin’s New Song “Changing”

I will say I am very grateful to have heard this song at both tour locations that I attended. This song isn’t even out yet, which is why I was so happy. Kevin has not always been viewed as the shining star out of the three brothers, which is why I think that him performing his song was extra special. He really was able to prove he has outstanding singing ability and a wonderful stage presence. In my opinion, his song is also very catchy. I was cheering him on so much and he finally deserves to have a bit of the spotlight!

Top 5 Favorite Songs Performed

Number 5: Jealous

This is easily one of my favorite songs from Nick Jonas’ solo career. I think with this song being one of his most popular, it is a steady pop song to represent the 2010 pop music error. It has very catchy lyrics and is popular amongst many individuals. Also, I was blown away with his performance of this song as his vocals were “on-point.” “Jealous” being on the setlist allowed for Nick to have his spotlight moment on the tour, which I liked a lot. Even since I was little, Nick was always my favorite one of the Jonas Brothers. Ultimately, I think any solo song of Nick Jonas’ will have a special place in my heart.

Number 4: Vacation Eyes

The vocals for this song are one of my favorite things. Again, I wasn’t a huge fan of this song prior to the tour, but the concert experience of this song has allowed the song to grow on me. Both Nick and Joe have a lot of parts within the song that highlight their singing capabilities. I also feel like I am heading on vacation when I hear this song. I can’t necessarily explain why I love the song, but I will never skip this song if it pops up on my playlist.

Number 3: Waffle House

Now, this song has even made me grow to love the idea of heading to Waffle House at the soonest convenience. I have been literally obsessed with this for easily a year. I wouldn’t be surprised if this song is on my Spotify Recap for the year. The Jonas Brothers had a strong connection to Waffle House, since this would be their “after show celebration spot” before they were fully adults. Also, the little turn on the runway of the stage always gives me a little laugh. I definitely recommend this song!

Number 2: Love Me To Heaven

Since this song was the first song for each concert that I attended, I obviously loved it. I absolutely loved their entrance where they came out of the floor of the stage through a trap door. With them releasing this song as a single, I have always loved this song. It is very catchy to me and I think it displays each brothers’ capabilities sufficiently.

Number 1: Backwards

Do I even have to explain this one? From being featured repeatedly on my TikTok For You Page to being screamed by fans in the audience, this song was easily my favorite song from the night. The energy that Joe provided within this song allowed for everyone to scream at the time of their lungs. One special person in attendance from each night gets to sing the chorus with Joe near the front row of the arena, which allows for everyone’s excitement to grow. I nearly lost my voice due to this song! It is definitely my favorite song from their newest album!

Newest Song Obsessions

From attending the tour, there are two songs that were performed that have grown to be some of my favorites. “Mirror to the Sky” and “Leave Before You Love Me” weren’t songs that I listened to significantly before the tour, but this has changed recently for me. “Mirror to the Sky” literally makes me feel like I am floating through the sky. The vocals that both Nick and Joe bring to this song make my soul very happy. Additionally, Joe shines very brightly in “Leave Before You Love Me.” His actions and energy allow for the whole arena to have their eyes on him. I never realized how catchy both of these two songs were until I listened to them at their concert.

Final Thoughts

Overall, the Jonas Brothers put together a wonderful show for some of their earliest fans to even some of those who just started listening to their music. Although, the show didn’t have much choreography, it didn’t need any really. I was very entertained throughout the entire concert. This is hands-down my favorite concert that I have ever attended. I don’t regret attending this concert one bit! Thank you all for reading this review, and please let us know if you want to read more articles similar to this one!
