This is the cheapest Spongebob costume you can find/make without having to pay for anything! Problem is, some people may not got it. Solution? If you’re going to Mermaid Man just scream “EEEVVVILLL” a couple times and people will start to chuckle. Gotta love this one! This costume is pretty simple and will get big aw’s from people at party! Every girl should have a little blue dress in her wardrobe already but if not Target is having a sale! For the hat just roll up a boa and glue on some ping pong balls and you are done ladies! As for the cut out a cookie from a cardboard box and BAM done! If you don’t feel like you can do that a cookie shirt can be found at the nearest Spencer’s or Hot Topic!
