A “Full House” at Iconic 90s Comedian’s Show

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at YCP chapter.

If you didn’t watch Full House at some point during your childhood, you most definitely missed out on one of the most iconic shows of the 90s. York College students were lucky enough to see one of the characters in person last Friday, January 30.

Dave Coulier, who played Joey Gladstone on the show, came to YCP to perform a nearly two hour comedy routine much to the delight of nearly every student that attended. He addressed his time on the show, even doing the iconic “cut it out” joke, while also leaving room for even more jokes that left students laughing to the point of tears.

In addition to his full set of pre-written jokes, he also made jokes about the area (and it’s freezing cold weather) as well as situations that happened right in front of the stage (like multiple feathers that kept floating around the stage).

The tickets had sold out for the night and WPAC was filled to the brim. Though it was a packed house, every student who went had a few laughs and the event will definitely be talked about in future years.
