Currently, I am a college administrator at York College of Pennsylvania, working in the Division of Student Affairs as an Area Coordinator. I oversee upperclassmen traditional residence halls and apartment complexes, supervise Resident Assistants/Desk Assistants, adjudicate conduct cases, facilitate social, academic, and diversity programs within the halls, and participate in the crisis response rotation for the residential campus. I also work with various Student Affairs committees and initiatives, including serving on the Division of Student Affair’s Professional Development Committee and as the Department Chair for the Student Staff Professional Development Committee. Under the Office of Student Activities and Orientation, I advise and implement programming by collaborating with Greek affiliated organizations.

Your successes? My success is contributed towards the impact I have on others around me. Strong Sister, Silly Sister, Inc. is a testament of working with college women to embrace ethical choices in college and beyond. Also, as a supervisor of 35 individuals there development is my first priority. I enjoy watching their personal and professional growth.
