Put your coffee cup down and try this new awesome and healthy drink: Kurkuma Latte!

Kurkuma is valued as an effective anti-inflammatory agent, may help improve digestion and may even help to prevent cancer. This new hot drink is caffeine-free and strengthens the immune system. And it tastes so good, the perfect balance between sweet and bitter!

Ingredients

1 ½ cups almond milk (or coconut milk)

1 tsp kurkuma

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp fresh ginger

1 tsp honey

 

Directions

Heat up the milk in a pot and add kurkuma, ginger, cinnamon and honey. Let it simmer at low temperature for a while, until the milk has become dark orange. Fill the hot milk into a cup, add whipped cream for extra indulgence and voilĂ !
