Easy Quarantine Smoothies

Remember all during the school year when all you wanted was a nice home cooked meal? Well, now we get that for the rest of the semester *upside down smile*. If you’re like me and want to spice up your meals and snacks while at home, check out these yummy, but simple smoothie ideas!

  1. 1 cup frozen banana

    1 cup frozen pineapple

    1 cup milk 

    ¼ cup of honey

  2. 1 premier protein 11 oz. vanilla shake

    1 cup blueberries

    1 tsp. of cinnamon 

    4-6 ice cubes

  3. 1 cup frozen blueberries 

    1 cup frozen strawberries 

    1 cup almond milk

  4. ½ cup oats

    1 banana

    14 frozen strawberries

    ½ tsp. vanilla extract 

    1 cup soy milk
