What’s your favorite class at Xavier and why?
My favorite class was my Literature and the Moral Imagination: Wealth and Poverty in America class with Professor Ottum. I am very passionate about helping people living in poverty, and so I found a lot of value in the discussion and the books that we read. Professor Ottum is also awesome, and the class wouldn’t be the same without her!
What’s your worst class at Xavier and why?
My worst class at Xavier is my calculus class with Professor Doran. I took calculus in high school so I get sort of bored at 8:30am, and boredom plus an early morning is just a bad combination!
What’s something on your bucket list?
I want to travel and be enriched by experiences and people. There is so much in this world that we will miss out on unless we take the time to be open minded and absorb all that is going on around us.
Where are you could you most likely be found on campus?
I am almost always in the Sedler Center in Smith. I work at Aramis Consulting and that is where we spend all of our time as an executive team.
What’s your dream job?
If I could, I would spend my time traveling from place to place trying to better the lives of others. So I guess my dream job would be to live as a full-time missionary, but that’s hard to do. More practically, I would like to be a public relations manager for a retail company or sports team.
How did you react to being nominated as a HC Campus Cutie?
I was confused and flattered, especially since I don’t know how someone gets nominated in the first place. But it’s flattering and I appreciate the nomination, whoever made it!
