What Thanksgiving Break is Really Like…As Told by Friends

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at WWU chapter.

Just a few days away from Thanksgiving Break. Which means family, food and no school! With family gatherings this big, it’s not always smooth sailing. Our favorite adults from the hit TV show Friends can fully relate.

When professors give you homework.

When your extended family asks what you are going to do after graduation.

You get to show off how athletic you are in a family Turkey Bowl.

Asking your successful cousin:

When it’s finally time for dinner!

When someone watches you taking a third dinner roll.

Sitting down during an awkward conversation between your great aunts.

Trying to politely reject the family’s advice about your life.

You try to relive your childhood with the youngins in the family.

And then suddenly it’s Sunday and back to school you’ll have to go.
