It’s no question that Bellingham has beautiful weather. But this double rainbow was too gorgeous. Instagram feeds were filling up everywhere with this sight. Stretching from one end of Bellingham to the other, one would wonder: “is there a pot of gold at one of the ends of this rainbow?”
