Meet Sierra West

1) What do you plan to major in?
Business.
2) What would you like to do when you grow up?
I don’t have an exact career in mind, I’m definitely still figuring that out. But whatever it is, I know it’ll be something that makes me happy.
3) Favorite on-campus location
Probably red square because the fountain is so peaceful (or Zoe’s because, ya know, bagels).
4) What is your personal “motto”– What words of wisdom do you live by?
I say “keep clam” a lot (or any variation of a clam pun) because I worked for Ivar’s for so long. But I guess my general motto is to just relax and “keep clam” because life is crazy and the most important thing is to be happy and be yourself.
5) Any words of advice for you fellow students?
I guess I’d say to just try your best when it comes to school but, hey, a good nap has to be a priority every once in a while.

6) What is your spirit animal?
An otter. Have you ever really thought about otters? They’re so fantastic.
7) Who/What is your spirit animal?
Matthew McConaughey.
8) Describe your ideal date.
My ideal date would, weather permitting, be to go kayaking. It’s such a fun thing to do, you get to be in the water, maybe see some marine life, and still get a chance to take a break and just float and talk and have a good time.
9) What is your favorite view?
Water!! I love oceans, lakes, rivers, pools, even rain puddles.
10) Describe your ideal day.
My ideal day is just for everything to run smoothly (which is so rare). a sunny breezy day where everything goes smoothly!
