Why did you choose Wesleyan: I visited Wesleyan and immediately felt at home. Everyone that I met was so kind and welcoming. The campus was beautiful and I just knew that I was going to find my home here…and I did.
What activities are you involved in at Wesleyan: I am an active member of Zeta Tau Alpha, Benzene Ring and the National Society of Leadership and Success.
Best memory/memory at college: I could never pick just one thing. I’ve made a million memories at Wesleyan that I would consider to be the best. However, meeting and becoming best friends with Lydia Krimmel and my Big, Schyler Garton, during my sophomore year changed my life. Finding my people made college infinitely more fun no matter what. Just knowing that I always had people to support me was the best feeling in the world. They’ve both graduated (and now it’s my turn), but I’ll forever cherish the memories we’ve made.
Hobbies: I’m sort of an adrenaline junkie, so basically I’m into anything that would make my mom nervous. I really like to adventure, travel and play outside. Relaxing in my hammock with a good book is one of my favorite pastimes, as well.
Future plans: I’d like to pursue a career in environmental law. I’m planning on taking a gap year to travel and then applying to Law schools that have joint programs where I could obtain a PhD in Environmental Science and a Law Degree simultaneously. After graduation, I’m going to India for two weeks to backpack through the Himalayas and work with different NGO’s that are working to combat poverty and inequality in the capital. After that, I plan to travel as much as I can, go to law school, and then travel some more.
Dream Job: Honestly, I have no idea…I just want to find something that will allow me to travel. I know that I could never work a desk job or be stationary my whole life.

Any advice for your past self: Listen to your parents and take care of yourself before trying to take care of others.
