It’s almost that time for us to drop the books and enjoy our week. Some of us will spend the
week secluded to the couch, aiming for rejuvenation. While others will be mentally preparing for
a week of madness with their friends. Whether you have been sweating at the gym or stressing at
the library, everyone can agree spring break cannot come soon enough.

Here’s fellow Mountaineers spring break plans:

Jenn Clarke, a sophomore, is hitting Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. She is going with eight other girls
in her sorority, Delta Gamma. Joining them will be a few brothers of Phi Kappa Si and Sigma
Alpha Epsilon. She says she’s excited because it’s not just WVU that’s gonna be there but a bunch
of other colleges. Also the beaches will be beautiful.

Amanda Witt is hitting the road with 4 friends to explore Florida. Their plans include visiting
friends in Jacksonville, Universal Studios in Orlando, and Daytona Beach. She’s looking forward
to Harry Potter World the most.

Kayla Bryant, and her sisters in Alpha XI Delta are heading to Ultra mUsic Festival for the
weekend. Then continuing the trip by heading to Jamaica. The trip is not only a spring break
celebration, but also Kayla’s birthday.

While a majority of the University will be occupying Panama City Beach.

As for myself, I’ll be trading the sun for snow, and hitting the slopes in Colorado.

Have a safe and fun spring break!
