This classic Halloween flick is one to remember, especially because it airs on Disney Channel roughly 1000 times when Halloween comes around. This movie takes you on a journey with three teens named Max, Dani, and Allison from Salem, Massachusetts. Things take a turn when the teens accidentally resurrect the Sanderson sisters, three witches who were executed 300 years ago for practicing dark magic. Now, the witches are determined to continue bringing terror to the town of Salem. Max, Dani, and Allison, with the help of an immortal cat, are the only ones who can put a stop to the reign of terror brought by the three witches.

Embark on the misadventures of Jack Skellington, Halloween Town’s beloved pumpkin king. After following his annual routine, Jack becomes weary and is in need of something new. He stumbles across a portal to “Christmas Town” and decides to celebrate the holiday. He eagerly comes back to Halloween Town to share findings and ultimately decides that Halloween Town will take over Christmas this year. This movie embodies a story about love as Jack meets Sally, a beautiful rag doll woman, however, he dismisses her. The Christmas takeover goes to shambles as Jack’s Halloween themed gifts scare and attack people. Santa swoops in and reassures Jack he can fix Christmas. The movie comes to an end as Jack realizes Christmas was not his to takeover; his true passion was serving the townspeople and celebrating Halloween.
Mom’s Got a Date with a Vampire (2000)

True love conquers all, as it is told in this film. Adam and his big sister Chelsea both get grounded and can not go out with their friends. Desperately wanting to get out of the house, they come up with a plan to get their mom out of the house. They set her up on a date with a mysterious man named Dimitri, but their younger brother, Taylor, discovers that Dimitri is a vampire. Dimitri puts their mother in a trance, however, the kids call out to her and the trance is broken by their true love. After being reunited with her kids, she throws Dimitri in his coffin to be shipped away to a sunny location.
Halloweentown (1998)

You will fall in love with this classic Disney movie as Marnie, a 13-year-old girl, captures your attention with powers, witches, spells, and the magic of Halloweentown. Marnie and her mother constantly argue about Marnie not being able to celebrate Halloween for unknown reasons. When her grandmother, who she rarely gets to see, arrives for her annual visit on Halloween night things began to get interesting. Marnie overhears her grandmother and mother stating the fact that Marnie is a witch, she and her siblings get on the bus to Halloween Town with their grandmother. Upon their arrival, they are faced with helping their grandmother solve mysterious disappearances. The kids and their grandmother come to find out that Halloweentown’s mayor, Kalabar, is involved. They use their powers, along with their mother’s, who joins them at the end to defeat Kalabar. After many cliffhangers, you will want to follow up with Halloweentown II and III!

Spooky is the word that comes to mind when watching this Disney flick. On the way to their much-needed family vacation, a real estate agent, Jim Evers, is urgently called to a mansion that he’s been asked to sell. Along the way, the kids, Jim and his wife find out the mansion is being haunted by Master Gracey, his stern butler, Ramsley, and two other servants who are in desperate need of someone to break the curse. The kids and Jim are separated from Sara, Jim’s wife, who Master Gracey has taken an interest in. The kids and Jim are faced with many obstacles in this spooky mansion, however, they are surprised to find that Sara looks like Mr. Gracey’s old girlfriend, Elizabeth, who died young. Elizabeth’s death remains a mystery, but they come to discover something more sinister.

You might recognize this dynamic sister act from their 90s sitcom, Sister, Sister. Well, you are in store for a magical upbringing as these twin sisters, Apolla and Artemis, find out they were separated at birth and have come from a magic kingdom called Coventry. On the twin’s 21st birthday, they discover their secret past and along come Karsh and IIeana who were put in charge of protecting the girls from darkness. The girls are soon taken back to Coventry where they discover their magical powers and are reunited with their mother and faced with a tragic story of their father’s passing. Karsh and IIeana challenge and teach each of the girls how to combat the Darkness.
