Did you spend most of your budget on booze and now have not a lot of money to spend on a great costume? Fear not. I am here to help. These tips and ideas will have you looking cute in no time with little to no money. Between your closet and your rommate’s, youll be sure to find something great
1. Sim
This may be the easiest and cheapest costume there is. There is two basic steps to this one. First, pick out any outfit. I mean it, anything you want to wear. Next you’ll need a black headband and some wire. Creat a green dimond shape or print one from google. Attach the wire to the green dimond and then attach that to the head band. Boom, simple cheap and easy.
2. Cat
Again you’ll need about two things. Wear an all black outfit. Creat a cute look with a cat eye winged liner on your eyes and whiskers with eye liner on your cheeks. Head over to basically any store like CVS, Walmart, or Shoprite and pick up some ears and a tail. Most places that sell halloween costumes will have these for cheap.
3. Three hole punch Jim
Have you ever seen the office? Well there is a character on the show named Jim. During halloween he does not like to dress up, at all. So he simply makes three big black dots and puts them along his torso. For this costume youll need some dress pants, a blue button down shirt, and a tie. Using black paper creat the three “hole punches” and stick them down the side of the shirt. That is all you need!
4. Risky Business
From the classic movie starring Tom Cruise comes this great costume. In the movie there is a scene where his parents leave and he puts on a little show in the living room. He wears long mid calf socks, boxers, a white button down t-shirt and black sunglasses. I have seen girls wear yoga shorts or spandex instead of the boxers to be more comfortable. This is something every girl can recreate. Throw on a cute pair of white converse and you are ready for a fun night.
5. Minion
We all know and love those adorable little yellow guys. For this fun costume you will need a yellow shirt, blue overalls, black gloves, and black goggles. These can be found for cheap at wal-mart! I have also seen this with blue jeans or shorts and suspenders instead of the overalls. This could be easier to find and a little bit cuter.
