Why you should watch it: Julia Roberts’ character discovers how to find herself and leave behind the toxins in her life.

3. He’s Just Not That Into You

Why you should watch it: This movie is full of cringe-worthy awkward moments but it’ll make you believe in love.

4. Clueless

Why you should watch it: Cher is a spoiled rich girl who is full of comedic moments. Also, seeing a young Paul Rudd is hard to pass up.

5. Mean Girls

Why you should watch it: Tina Fey wrote the screenplay and doesn’t disappoint with what is probably one of the funniest teen comedies of our generation. The movie also stresses the importance of women helping each other out instead of trying to fight each other with drama.

Why you should watch it: Based on a true story, Cheryl Strayed sets out to find herself on a solo hike across the Pacific Crest Trail.
