The holidays are upon us. You know what that means? Desserts, and lots of them. A popular dessert choice this time of year (and frankly, any time of year) is pie. Pie is such an important addition to any meal. Not only is pie generally significant, but so is the kind of pie. Your choice can say a lot about who you are as an individual —  so here’s who you are according to the pie you indulge in:

1. Pumpkin Pie

If you’re into pumpkin pie, you’re into the classics. You love traditions and the simple things in life. You are not an overly complicated individual; you know what you like and what you want. You are a cozy and warm person who is easy to approach and somebody to rely on. You enjoy consistency and have peace of mind in your life.

2. Apple PieLike pumpkin pie, apple pie lovers are also ones for tradition. You thrive in the familiar and you are fond of the good old things that life has to offer. You are an independent individual who also has a love of being with others —  specifically, while doing active or outdoorsy activities (apple picking anyone?) You have compassion for others and the world.

3. Lemon Meringue Pie

Lemon meringue pie people are spunky, tangy, and bright. You have a natural optimism for life and excel at being yourself. You can be described as a fun, pop of color or an upbeat playlist on shuffle, and your dazzling personality is refreshing to those around you.

4. Key Lime Pie

If you favor key lime pie, then you’re a warm weather kind of pal — welcoming and understanding. You are like the sun to those around you, making them feel warm and fuzzy, accepted and appreciated. You love music and the sun’s rays, and you flourish in the outdoors. You tend to say yes to a lot of opportunities so that you have as many experiences possible; you are here to live and make moments.

5. Cherry Pie

Cherry pie individuals have a little zing to them. This pie has a tartness that speaks to your spunky attitude; you are not afraid to stand out and be your own person. You are someone that turns heads. You look for the excitement in life and are always on your toes.

6. Blueberry Pie

Blueberry pie lovers are laid back and fun-loving. Your lifestyle is carefree and full of laughs, both for others and yourself. You are not one to take things too seriously. You remain open-minded and empathetic to the world around you.

7. Pecan Pie

If you love pecan pie, you’re a total sweetheart. You are a friendly and loving individual who gets along well with many people. Pecan pie fans are full of joy. People come to you for many things, not just because of your thoughtfulness, but also your inviting and accepting nature.

8. Chocolate Pie

If you’re one for a chocolate silk pie or cream pie, then you’re a classy and wise one. You have a rich personality that continues to be a comfort for those around you. You are wise and serve as a great source of advice for those around you.

9. Banana Cream Pie

Banana cream pie lovers are incredibly genuine. You are real and grounded. Your presence has the ability to make anyone feel secure and content. For yourself, you are someone who has a purpose in everything you do. You strive to have your accomplishments make the world better.

10. Strawberry Pie

People who love strawberry pie are people that others easily describe as a really good friend. You welcome change and creativity. You are not one who remains stagnant in concepts or activities, and you are always sure to include others in your plans. It is rare to catch you making something simple because you’re always mixing things up.

11. Pie Isn’t Your Thing?

Cake is always a great option, too. You’re the fluffy and sweet kind of person. You love a good hug and have a creative personality. Optimism and pep are constants in your life.

It’s easy as pie to learn a little bit about yourself the next time you indulge in a slice of your favorite dessert- happy feasting!
