This workout is mostly plyometrics, which will get your heart rate up all while making you stronger! It’s a shorter one, so perfect to do when you’re taking a break from studying and need to boost your brain power.
Do each move for 30 seconds.
- Jump Squats
- Jumping Jacks
- Mountain Climbers
- Burpees
- Jumping Split Lunges
- Pushups
- High Knees
- Air Bike (abs)
Repeat at least 2 times and it will only take 8 minutes.
