Weekly Workout: Cardio

This week’s workout is all cardio! Don’t worry, your whole body will get worked with this one. 

 

50 seconds marching in place

40 seconds jog

30 jumping jacks

20 jump squats

10 burpees

10 push ups

20 front lunges (jumping lunges for a real challenge!)

30 seconds high knees

40 step ups (using a chair, 20 each leg, bring knee to chest each time)

50 mountain climbers

60 second plank

 

repeat 3x
