Sweet Treat: Healthy Cookie Dough

Ingredients:

1 small container of plain greek yogurt

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp sweetener ( splenda, maple syrup, or honey)

¼ tsp vanilla

1 tbsp chocolate chips

1 pinch sea salt 

Directions: 

Combine the Greek Yogurt with the peanut butter, sweetener, sea salt, and vanilla. Mix in the chocolate chips, and enjoy your Valentine’s Day sweet treat without the guilt!
