Can you tell me a little bit about CollegeFashionista?
College Fashionista is basically an outlet for college students who are interested in fashion, photography and writing. It allows people to get involved on their campus in ways that we otherwise aren’t able to. It also provides an opportunity for all those that love fashion to hear about current trends and really put  a spotlight on the fashions their fellow classmates are sporting.

How did you get involved with CollegeFashionista?
I was a part of the fashion show a few years ago that showcases TASA’s talents. As a part of the marketing team I worked with CF to promote the show and in return we promoted them on the fashion show’s website. This got me reading the columns every week and eventually I just applied.

Have you always been interested in fashion?
Absolutely. Since I can remember I have been living and breathing fashion!

Do you plan to work in the fashion industry in the future?
Yes! I honestly have NO idea what I want to do but it will in some way involve both fashion and retail.

Favorite designers?
Alexander Wang has always been a personal favorite. I also have a  lot respect for Vera Wang as I have gotten the chance to learn and speak with her multiple times. Diane Von Furstenberg is also a favorite!

How can people get involved with CollegeFashionista?
Super easy. Visit our facebook page for updates….we have a lot of contests that allow you to enter to win prizes, etc. You can enter the college fashionista community by registering on our home page. This way you get updates about different articles, style gurus, etc. And as always….APPLY! We are always looking to expand our family.

Any other comments?
I want to give a special shout out to Amy Levin, our founder. She is one of the most passionate people I have come across and it’s truly inspirational to work for her.
