With midterms approaching all of us, it becomes quite difficult to take some time off and relax.  When stress levels are high, it’s extremely important to set some time aside and clear your mind. So, I’ve come up with many ideas to teach you all how to sit back and relax…enjoy!

  1. Get some FroYo
  2. Paint your nails
  3. Eat chocolate
  4. Read Cosmopolitan
  5. Put the Kardashian’s on
  6. Take a nap
  7. Open a bottle of wine
  8. Take a bubble bath
  9. Listen to music
  10. Watch Netflix
  11. Drink a cup of tea
  12. Pin on pin on pin at Pinterest.com
  13. Exercise
  14. Online shop
  15. Pet an animal
  16. Paint a canvas
  17. Sit and think at a park
  18. Splurge on a manicure and pedicure
  19. Head to the spa with your best friend
  20. Sit in silence

Make sure to always relax, there’s nothing worse than stressing and making yourself sick!
