It’s officially fall, which means that pumpkin flavored things are everywhere. While pumpkin spice lattes are great, there are so many other ways to eat pumpkin this season. Maybe having pumpkin at every meal is a bit overkill, but having these recipes on hand will have you prepared whenever a pumpkin craving comes (which it totally will).

BREAKFAST: Pumpkin Pancakes Elevate your morning pancakes by adding pumpkin purée into your breakfast stack. These pancakes will definitely get you in the ~fall~ mood and start your morning off in the best way.

LUNCH: Roasted Pumpkin Soup With the weather getting colder, soup is a must-have. Keep warm this fall season by trying this roasted pumpkin soup with a dash of maple syrup to add a touch of sweetness. This soup is guaranteed to be a fall favorite.

SNACK: Pumpkin Butter Move over peanut butter. Take your afternoon snack game to a whole new level by introducing a new spread: pumpkin butter. This recipe only takes 25 minutes and only uses six ingredients. Easy peasy

DINNER: Pumpkin Risotto This decadent risotto is is a total crowd pleaser, and will definitely impress your friends and family this season. Top off this indulgent risotto with a sprinkle of walnuts for an added crunch.

DESSERT: Pumpkin Muffins (Vegan & Gluten Free)  Still craving pumpkin at the end of the day? These pumpkin chocolate chip muffins (they’re vegan and gluten free, too!) are guaranteed to satisfy your sweet tooth after dinner.
