We’ve all had those days when all we want to do is come home from an afternoon class and sleep because we got six hours of sleep, but then we’re conflicted because we don’t want to waste our day. No matter what we do, we’re always exhausted come mid-day. Here are a few ways you can replace your two-hour nap with something a little more productive.

1. Don’t go home

You’ll be forced into staying awake if you go to the library instead and do homework – even though it’s painful.

2. Drink lots of tea or coffee

Once the caffeine kicks in, it’s go time. Ain’t nothing on you boo.

3. Have a jam sesh

You only need two things: loud music and dance moves.

4. Go to the gym

Stop being lazy! Get to the gym, and you’ll feel less lazy and more refreshed.

5. Take a catnap

You have to be an expert at taking 20-30 minute naps if you’re going to do this, otherwise you’ll end up sleeping for 2 hours.

6. Go to bed earlier

It’s damn near impossible in college, but it’s worth a shot.

It may seem like there are no other options except to sit and be lazy once the afternoon rolls around, but it will be more rewarding if you do something with your time!
