Go-to Study Breaks

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Wisconsin chapter.

Finals are just around the corner and the studying will be in full swing in no time.  After sitting at your desk for hours on end, you will need a study break to rejuvenate and clear your mind. Here are a couple of unique study breaks (aka procrastination tools) you and your friends can try.

1) Go for a run

2) Bake something to satisfy your sweet tooth

3) Dance party

4) Watch one episode of your current addiction on Netflix (…or two or three)

5) Shower or take a bath

6) Go get Jamba on state

7) Organize/clean your room

8) Respond to tinder messages

9) Upload photos (because we need to be reminded of the good times)

10) DIY picture collage

11) Walk to get ice cream at the terrace

(treat yo’self)

12) Create a new board on pinterest

13) Lay outside if it’s nice out

14) Call up your mom or friend you haven’t talked to in a while

Hopefully some of these are helpful and will save you from going crazy during this busy time!
