7 Things to Add to Your Senior Bucket List

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Wisconsin chapter.

The semester has started and there’s no turning back. Before we get into midterms add these seven things to your senior (or any year) bucket list!

Find the best secret study spot on campus

It might be your last year, but that doesn’t mean you have to fall into the same old routine. Find a new study spot to refresh your mind so you can tackle this semester right.

Take a course just for fun

If you’re finishing up your major and need a few credits, why not take a class just for fun? Take a class you’re interested in, purely to learn — isn’t that what college is for?

Get a 4.0

C’mon, just one semester. You can do it!

Go to Devil’s Lake

Devil’s Lake is a beautiful state park just about an hour away from campus. You’ve probably heard of it; now go and enjoy its beauty before you graduate!

Visit friends at other colleges

In just a couple of months, all of your friends will be graduating as well — and who knows where everyone will end up? Take the time now to reunite with your friends and see where they have called home for the last four years.

Go to all the events you’ve skipped every other year

Career and Internship Fair? Paddle boarding on the lake? Classes at the Nat? Professor’s office hours? Go to the events and opportunities you missed all previous semesters. Better yet, go with a friend — it’s your last chance!

Try every restaurant on State Street

Even though the restaurants on State Street seem to change in the blink of an eye, you might as well try them all and finally see what’s actually the best.

Overall, get out and try everything this semester, whether it’s your first or your last. Make a bucket list and start enjoying our beautiful campus and wonderful city.
