Top 3 Amazing Moments from the Super Bowl 50 Halftime Show

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Winthrop chapter.

“Believe In Love” was the theme for the Super Bowl 50 halftime show, which took place Sunday evening in Santa Clara, California. The 13-minute show, which Coldplay headlined with Beyoncé and Bruno Mars, played a tribute to past Super Bowl halftime performers with a beautiful montage at the end.

During the show, Beyoncé took the stage to perform her newly released single “Formation” while Bruno Mars performed his hit single “Uptown Funk,” and Coldplay performed a medley of their top hits also.

Below are some of the top moments from the show.

The dance-off between Beyonce and Bruno Mars

They both killed it! (Apparently Chris Martin didn’t get the memo for the dancing!)

And of course Queen Bee

But, this one was a given, right? She’s always the star of the show.

It’s too bad about the Panthers losing, but at least the halftime show was awesome! All of the artists did an amazing job, and we can only hope that next year is even better!
