So I normally do not watch the Grammys unless something truly interesting happens, but I loveeee to look at the outfits afterward. Now I am not a professional, I personally am working on my own closet right now, but playing covet on my phone makes me feel slightly deserving of the right to compare outfits. Here is my totally unbiased opinion of grammy fits. The photos below are not the outfits from this year’s Grammy, to see all of the outfits go to “Best Red Carpet Fashion at the 2023 Grammy Awards” on CNN and “The 18 Best- and Worst-Dressed Celebrities at the 2023 Grammy Awards” on Cosmopolitan, as that is where I looked at them.
Kelsea Ballerini in Prabal Gurung
Girl is stunning. Her yellow dress is simple yet gorgeous and she looks like what I think of when I think model. Simple, yet elegant.
Jack Harlow
He looked very fancy in his tan suit like kinda get a little bit why girls simp fancy, but there was one aspect that threw me off. Why the gloves? What did they add besides confusion? They matched his shows so I guess that’s cool but like?!?!?
Harry Styles in Egonlab
This look was- very Harry. It makes sense for his sense of style (which I normally like he’s a pretty fashionable dude. But for the Grammys, it was kinda mid. It just looked like a slightly dimmed-down version of something he would wear to his concerts. The low-cut neckline also gives me a slight ick, but he looks good. (also note, I find the photo above funny so it is staying)
Kim Petras and Sam Smith
The outfits are cool I guess but it’s giving…. Twilight. The Diversity and inclusion give them 1000000 extra points though, yayy for queer representation!
Megan Fox in Zuhair Murad and Machine Gun Kelly in Dolce & Gabbana
I thought they broke up if I am completely honest. I guess not though which is cool for them, but their look is giving prom. Stunning and kinda jealous I did not look that good at my prom, but prom nonetheless.
Cardi B in Gaurav Gupta Couture
GORGEOUS, but I have a question that I could not shake while looking at it. Did her right eye only see blue? Did she get a headache from her vision being changed? She looked beautiful though.

They gave 70s chique, and I love 70s fashion so take from that what you will.
Kacey Musgraves in Valentino
I love her, and she looks fluffy yet elegant. I really do not think anyone else would have been able to rock this look like her. She is beautiful.
Taylor Swift in Roberto Cavalli

It’s giving a knockoff Wednesday Adams. She looks pretty but very plain. I like her necklace though.
Hannah Monds
Her dress was confusing to me. The top gave dominatrix and the bottom is giving 2016 prom. It’s kinda cute don’t get me wrong but I’m confused like if I were ranking these this look would go in the middle.

She looks straight out of the barbie movie in the best way. Her dress is really pretty and I like the subtle jewelry to balance the brightness of the dress.
Blac Chyna
I personally do not like this look, she looks like a crow. She gets points for creative vision though, but this is still a no.
Laverne Cox
She looked like one of the muses from Hercules, just as pretty.
Lizzo
I am a sucker for Florals, and the floral hood is really pretty. That orange color also really suits her and she looks like the queen she is. This is probably my favorite.
