We all get bored and start wanting to binge a good show every once in a while. However, sometimes, it’s easy to find ourselves scrolling for what seems like forever to find something worth that’s watching – and never be successful to find it. Here is a list of some of my favorite shows to watch (and rewatch) when I need to unwind!

The Vampire DIaries

Do you enjoy a good love triangle? Do you find the supernatural world interesting? Do you like looking at attractive people? Well, then this is the show for you! The Vampire Diaries is a CW series that is 8 seasons long and never fails to keep you intrigued and wanting more. Team Stefan or Damon? There’s only one right answer!

Jane the Virgin

Who doesn’t love a telenovela-style drama? Jane the Virgin follows a young woman who has her life completely planned out until… she gets accidentally artificially inseminated. The show also includes a love triangle that has you not knowing who you want her to end up with. This is the epitome of a heart-happy show.

Love is Blind

Are you a fan of reality TV? If so, this is the best one I have ever seen. Love is Blind just came out with their third season and if you need me, I’ll be watching it! This reality show is all about singles that are ready to settle down and find love for good. It is completely based on personality the couples that get engaged don’t meet each other face-to-face until after the proposal. Yikes!

Ratched

If there is any trippy show that I can recommend, it’s Ratched. This show is all about a woman with a questionable lifestyle who finds herself sabotaging her way into a job at a hospital. There is only one season of this show, and it is uncertain if there will be any more. If you like a good cliffhanger, this is the one for you!

You

Want to see what it’s like inside the head of a stalker and killer? You is a stomach-turning, mind-twisting series that will keep you at the edge of your seat. Season 4 has recently announced its release in February for Part 1, and March for Part 2. Better be on the lookout… Joe doesn’t come to play.

My rating: 9/10

Gossip GIrl

Want to watch some more Penn Badgley? Fear not, because here it is! Gossip Girl is a classic fan-favorite that follows the lives of rich and privileged high schoolers with drama up the wall. If we can’t live the dream, we can at least live vicariously through Serena van der Woodsen and Blair Waldorf, right? XOXO

SHameless

Ah, there’s nothing like watching a dysfunctional family live their messed-up lives. Shameless is an 11-season-long series that follows the lives of the Gallagher family, which is made up of six siblings with a dead-beat mother and an alcoholic father. These poor folks can’t ever seem to catch a break and it has you rooting for and booing all kinds of different characters at different times. Warning: the content in this show is very explicit.

Dynasty

Want another show where you can watch rich people encapsulated in their ridiculous drama? Well, Dynasty is the one for you. The remake of the 1980s soap opera stars Liz Gillies and is above all else, interesting to watch and keep up with. If you can’t get enough of that high-end, fashionable lifestyle, you need to try this one out. Fallon supremacy!

Emily in Paris

In the mood to watch a cute, charming series? Emily in Paris is perfect for you! A young, pretty girl is required to go to Paris for her job – a dream come true, yes? Wrong. When her boyfriend dumps her and she finds it more difficult to fit in than she expected, things start to get messy. Things get even messier when she falls for her neighbor… that happens to be dating a good friend she made.

Bridgerton

If you like period pieces and romance, Bridgerton will fulfill all of your television needs. Based on the book series by Julia Quinn, each season follows a different sibling’s love story. Season one, Daphne and the Duke, season two, Viscount Antony and Kate, and season three (which will hopefully be coming out as soon as possible!), Colin and Penelope. This show is the epitome of a head-over-heals romance!
