With Thanksgiving right around the corner, the question “What are you most Thankful for?” comes up more than often. Being college students we have a lot to be thankful for, here’s a list of 10 things college students are thankful for!

1. Home-cooked meals

Cafeteria food and ordering take out most nights of the week, going home and having a home cooked meal is something college students can’t get enough of. Especially the big Thanksgiving Day dinner.

2. Emails with professors cancelling class

The best email a college student will receive is an email from their professor saying class was cancelled.

3. Netflix

Netflix is the way college students procrastinate from doing school work. One episode turns into five or before you know it the whole season of a show. Oops…

4. No Friday classes

A three-day weekend? Yes, please.

5. Coffee

Coffee is how most of us college students function. We are made up of coffee.

6. The month long Christmas Break

Nothing beats a whole month off of school for winter break, which is much needed after finals.

7. Financial Aid

Extremely thankful for financial aid, college is expensive.

8. Family and Friends

Let’s be honest, our friends and family are our biggest motivators throughout our journey in college.

9. Naps

Naps are useful when you barely sleep the night before because you’re up doing homework all night.

10. Free WiFi

Free WiFi is very beneficial because college students are always on their phones using data and social media.

Happy Thanksgiving collegiettes!
