Name: Rowdie ErwinYear: Senior
Hometown: St. Paul, MNMajor/minor: Marketing/PsychologyRelationship Status: Taken

This week’s cutie was nominated by one of our readers! His anonymous nomination read, “He’s a genuine nice guy with a great personality and a smile to match. He’s a hard worker and always smiling”. We caught up with Rowdie Erwin to find out more about what makes him so great!

HC (Her Campus): What are you involved with on campus?RE (Rowdie Erwin): I’m a part of the American Marketing Association. I’m the fundraising chair, one of three

HC: How did you pick your major?RE: I’ve always been a good writer but I know there’s not that much money in English so I wanted to find something that I could be creative but I’ve always considered myself businesses minded so I wanted to combine the two.

HC: What’s your dream job?RE: To work at a record label as an A&R (artist and representation) which is basically someone who oversees the artists and helps them find work.

HC: What’s your favorite band?RE: Blink 182 in middle school and I fell into Angels & Airwaves after

HC: What the number one thing on your bucket list?RE: I’ve been skydiving a couple times and after 6 jumps you can get your license and then if you do 200 jumps after that you get to be able to do a squirrel suit and I would love to do that.

HC: What are three things you can’t live without?RE: Food, I like food a lot. My bed. And challenge, something to wake up for in the morning.

HC: What is that for you?RE: Long term success. It’s a broad answer, but just to be able to live comfortably and be happy with where I’m at. And to be able to wake up every day and be happy with what I’m doing.

HC: What do you look for in a girl?RE: She’s gotta be smart, she has to be ambitious, she has to know what she wants, she has to have a sense of humor and be able to laugh at herself, to be caring, have a good relationship with her parents, she has to be accepting to people who are different than her.

HC: What would be a turn off in a girl?RE: The exact opposite of all those things. Stuck up, judgmental, focused on money. That’s not attractive to me at all.

HC: Do you have a celebrity crush?RE: Megan Fox

HC: Blondes or brunettes?RE: Blondes

HC: Cats or dogs?RE: Dogs

HC: Any guilty pleasure TV shows or movies?RE: Love, Drugs, & Other Things or Crazy Stupid Love.

HC: Who is your role model?RE: My step dad. My mom got really sick 3 or 4 years ago and throughout the entire process my stepdad has managed to take care of her. He could have left but he stayed and took care of her when he could have moved on and I admire that a lot. And Don Draper.

HC: How does it feel to be a campus cutie?RE: It feels really good, I’m honored and surprised. I didn’t think I would be nominated as one.
