Gift Guide for the Woman in Your Life That Has Everything

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Wilfrid Laurier chapter.

Christmas shopping can be difficult as it is. Buying for someone who seems to already have everything doesn’t help! I’ve always found gift guides useful, and this year, I’ve seen many interesting products that’d be perfect for a mom, sister, aunt or any woman in your life who’s a little bit hard to shop for.

1. Hair drying/styling brush (for the beauty junkie)

This new Revlon hair tool is a gamechanger. As it is structured as a round brush with built-in hair drying capabilities, getting two things done has never been easier. Equipped with two heat settings, you can achieve a straight style on high heat or simply a quick-dry with low heat! Although Revlon was the first to release this tool, I bought myself a cheaper alternative from Amazon, and I love it! Check it out!

2. A fancy candle (for the home-goods lover)

Candles are a typical yet well-loved gift. Instead of getting the standard Bath and Body Works candle, look into a large and fancy-looking candle. The prices on these can vary but typically, you pay for what you get! Anthropologie offers some gorgeous ones with a 70-hour burn time. Always remember to look into the burn time of your candles so that you don’t waste your money on one that won’t last you more than a week or two! Find one of Anthropologie’s bestsellers here!

3. 2021 calendar (for the organization/stationary friend)

Let’s leave 2020 behind and get organized for the new year. A calendar is always a great way to start the year fresh and in order! Indigo has a variety of calendars from animal-themed to Canadian monuments, and everything in between! For the woman you know that’s on top of her tasks (or needs to be), this is a great gift idea! Here’s the page on Indigo’s website.

4. Jewelry with their initial (for the jewelry lover)

Any gift with someone’s initial is immediately going to feel more personalized! There are many websites that make personalized jewelry with an entire name or just an initial. Alex and Ani offer a variety of rings and bracelets with each initial that are dainty but still a cute statement. Here’s my favourite!

5. Lululemon fanny pack (for your on-the-go girl)

This is easily one of my favourites! Whether it’s grocery shopping, running lots of errands or just going on a drive, this is the perfect bag. My personal favourite way to wear it is as a cross-body, and the black looks good with any outfit. The “Everywhere Belt Bag” offers multiple little pockets inside and a small one on the back to keep anything like cash, IDs or lip balm.

6. Reusable snack bags (for your sustainable friend)

These cute reusable silicone snack or sandwich bags are perfect for someone who is looking to help out the planet or someone who often packs lunches! They are easy to wash and come in a variety of sizes for all your baggie needs. Here they are!

7. Germ-free keychain (for anyone! Thanks, COVID)

Last but certainly not least, this keychain is super practical for this day and age. The hook provides a touch-free way to open doors along with a stylus end to use on touch screens, elevator buttons or at an ATM. This keychain is meant to minimize interactions with germs on various surfaces and help stop the spread of COVID-19. Check out this cute germ-free keychain!

All in all, no matter what you gift your loved ones, remember to be safe this holiday season and enjoy time with those you can.

XO
