Jolly Green Jello

Jello snacks are always a crowd fave on St. Paddy’s Day, and super easy to make for a house full of guests.  Simply make a boxed green Jello mix and set it aside in a large pan.  Add some whipped cream and green sprinkles on top for some extra St. Paddy’s Day flair and you’re good to go!

No Sweets, No Problem

If you’re not really big into sweet snacks, give this one a try!  It’s a spin on the classic chips and salsa snack found on allrecipes.com for Beer Cheese Dip.  Start off by laying out a bowl of your favourite tortilla chips.  For the sauce, you’ll need to mix melted cheese, Irish beer stout, salsa, Worcestershire sauce, chilli powder, onion powder and cayenne together.  My mouth is watering already, so I can’t wait to try this out!  Then, simply set it out for everyone to enjoy.
