As winter approaches and the temperature begins to really cool down, it’s easy to get caught up in the winter blues.  Fear not!  This survival guide of winter necessities that every girl needs to do and have to survive the winter season will be your go-to when winter tries to get the best of you!  From the latest Starbucks drinks to try to the best blanket to cozy up to, all the tips and tricks you need to know to survive this winter in the most basic way possible will be listed down below- enjoy!

First off, every basic girl needs to know the latest Starbucks drinks to try out this winter season!  This is because with cold weather comes hot, festive drink options!  When you’re feeling down and out this winter season, head on over to your local Starbs and try a festive holiday drink off their menu!  It will immediately put you in the holiday spirit and warm your body right up!  Options include the Caramel Brulee Latte, Chestnut Praline Latte, and Eggnog Latte.  Can you say YUM?!?

Next up is what you should wear this winter to brace yourself against the cold weather.  Sweats are a definite must to keep it uber-cozy, but if you want to dress up a little more you can transition some of your fav pieces into winter with these nifty tricks!  If you’re into skirts, add some fun tights and knee high boots to keep your legs from freezing while still looking super chic!  Turtlenecks go with everything and can be worn effortlessly with jeans, leggings and skirts, making them super versatile winter staples.  Finally, adding a scarf is a great way to jazz up your outfit and add fashionable flair to any winter outfit!  Pair your scarf with a trendy pea coat and snuggly earmuffs to complete the look!
