This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Western chapter and does not reflect the views of Her Campus.

If you’ve been following us on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram, you may have noticed our 2015-2016 mascot BANKS! We recently had the privillage to sit down with him for our first ever Profile! Here’s what he had to say…

Hometown: London, ON

Program: Major in Napping, Minor in Playing with Blinds

Relationship Status: Single & looking to settle down

HC just launched the “Profile” section. How do you feel about it?

I think it’s pretty rad. I’m super honoured to be the first featured for the section.

Why should people get involved in Her Campus?

My mom is the HC President for Western Ontario and it’s really impacted her life in a positive way. I love watching her write (especially because I get real cozy by her laptop and coffee.) You can email her at western-ontario@hercampus.com if you’re interested in joining… it’s a really cool opportunity to meet people and to get published!

How long have you been here at Western?

I started here in September of 2015, loving it so far.

What is your dream date?

Picture this….We’d see each other through the glass of my front window…. meow at each other for a bit… then we’d get bored and part ways.

You get featured on the HC Western Ontario social media pages a lot, how do you feel about that?

It’s a little embarrassing, but also flattering. I mean, if you got it, flaunt it… right? Hoping to get noticed by ‘Cat Calendars’ one day soon.

Describe yourself in three words.

Arrogant. Cuddly. Single…

What is your favourite past time?

Sneaking a lick in the toilet when people forget to put the lid down, playing with those dangly pull things that control the blinds, rolling around on the floor, pooping in the litter box right after it gets cleaned.

Describe your average day.

Tbh… I nap for most of the day. People usually come over at some point to pet me and chill. I settle in on a nice faux fur blanket for some Netflix most nights…. Other nights my mom’s blast Drake, then go out late. They really embarrass me when they get home, but it’s nice to have the house to myself for a few hours.

What is your largest fear?

Cucumbers.

What do you hope to do when you grow up?

Peta Activist.

What motto do you live by?

Live fast, die young.

Describe your favourite outfit.

I got this sick Western jersey for Hoco. I rep that a lot.
