Tell me about yourself and all of the things you do at Western!

Apart from writing for Her Campus, I’m a full-time student and am really involved in my sorority, AOII.

How did you hear about Her Campus? Why did you decide to join?

I first heard about Her Campus through Amanda (HC Exec) whom I knew from high school. I started reading the website and loved all the articles I saw so I became interested in joining!

What did you do this summer?

This summer, I interned at Fashion magazine. I got to do a lot of writing for the website and handled their social media too. I got to combine two of my favourite things – fashion and writing, so that was pretty cool.

Do you have any mottos that you live by?

Be a magic mix of show pony and workhorse.”

Do have any guilty pleasures?

Netflix and cheesy garlic bread (cheesy garlic anything, for that matter).

What’s your favorite thing to do in your spare time?

Between school and my sorority, I don’t have a lot of free time but when I do, I’m usually reading. I love to read – books, magazines, fashion blogs; it doesn’t matter, I read it all!

Where is the best/last place you have travelled to?

The last place I travelled to was Las Vegas. I went with my boyfriend this summer and had a great time. But I’d have to say the best trip was when I went to Israel for my brother’s Bar Mitzvah.

What is your goal for this year?

School is super important to me so I definitely want to finish university with good grades. I’m excited to write some fun articles for Her Campus and spend a lot of time with friends. Overall, I just want to enjoy my last year at university because I know it’s going to be over before I know it!
