It’s the beginning of a new term, and that means Clubs and Societies Day is around the corner! There are plenty of ways to get involved, but we believe Her Campus is the place for you (completely unbiased opinion).
1. Write Fun Articles
We’re pretty lenient on the requirements for articles, so write what your heart desires! It’s a great way to take a break from studying, and only takes a few minutes.
P.S. you can add as many gifs as you like ;)
2. Have your Name Online
Any article will have your name attached to it, so people can read about you and how amazing you are. This can also be a bonus for resumes as employers can see how involved you are just by searching your name online.
3. You Get to Hang Out With Other Cool Girls!
We only have biweekly meetings, and socials in between! Some of our socials have been Movie Night, going to The Bomber and Games Night! We’re always open to new ideas and would love to hear some of yours.
4. There’s a Good Balance
We get that you’re a student and too busy to come to meetings every week. That’s why Her Campus is a great choice for the busy you! Most of your commitment can be done at home – or anywhere else you like to write! We let you decide which dates you want to submit for, so you can plan around your schedule well in advance.
5. Being a Part of the Her Campus Community
You’re given the chance to be part of a brand that has over 200 chapters in different schools across the globe. You are also invited to exclusive events like Her Conference in New York every year, where you get the chance to network and listen to women who have made it big!
