Time management is an important skill that can benefit every aspect of your life. Here are some tips of small ways to improve your time management skills:

1. Wake up earlier and make a constant morning schedule

This can help you start tasks earlier and feel more awake throughout the rest of the day.

2. Use a planner or calendar

This is essential for assignments and deadlines, prioritizing the tasks that are the most urgent or have the closest deadlines.

3. Take breaks when necessary!

There is nothing wrong with taking breaks every 30 minutes to an hour. It is whatever works best for you and will keep you on track without burning you out.

4. Figure out the environment that works best.

Whether it is at a café, a library or your room, find the place that will allow you to focus with little to no distractions.

5. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep.

Your mind and body will be more productive and perform more efficiently when you are well-rested.

6. Know your limits.

Not overwhelming yourself with the number of class or meetings that you agree to is key to creating a plan that will not be overwhelming.
