Surviving Second Semester

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Wash U chapter.

Making it through the final stretch of second semester is tough. Here are some tips to help you get through it:

1. Take it one step at a time. Don’t think too much about the future; focus on current assignments and classes.

2. Self care is key!! Treat yourself to massages and facials as much as needed.

3. Make sure you have something to look forward to, whether it is an exciting event, the next break, or even a good meal.

4. Stay organized. Don’t get overwhelmed by exams and schoolwork and try to keep a calendar.

5. Set realistic goals! Don’t push yourself too hard.

6. Remember to have fun! As cliche as it sounds, college is the best time in your life and you have to make the most of it.

Best of luck with the rest of the year!!
