Following a delicious homemade Mexican fiesta that my suite-mates prepared, I got to thinking: I eat too much Mexican food! So as I make – what will likely be – an unsuccessful attempt at cutting the quacamole and queso out of my somewhat daily eating routine, let me bestow my knowledge upon you. I have loved (and lost) many South American-style restaurants in my St. Louis days. Here are a few of my favorites. RIP Gringo.
