At the Grammy’s last month, siblings Billie Eilish and Finneas won multiple awards for Eilish’s album—When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?—which her brother co-wrote, produced, and engineered with her. The awards no doubt brought more attention to Finneas, who debuted his EP, Blood Harmony, last year, and the singer-songwriter has recently performed one of the songs from his album on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. I thought I’d share my top favorite Finneas songs for you to check out!

“Let’s Fall In Love For Tonight”: He performed this particular song on The Tonight Show. It’s most similar to “I Don’t Miss You At All,” on this list.

“Shelter”: The most upbeat among my top five, it’s romantic and fun.

“I Don’t Miss You At All”: A song in denial. It’s plunky, if that makes sense.

“I Lost a Friend”: This song is so moving and different. The piano in the background is so pretty—please listen to it with headphones! This style is very different from his sister’s songs (unless you like “Ocean Eyes”). This song is a great example of how they both experiment with genre. It’s not a pop song, not just a sad song; there’s something about it.

“Break My Heart Again”: I discovered this Finneas song first. It’s not on Blood Harmony like the rest of my picks, but it’s a great listen. In the background, there are “text message sent” sounds. It’s a heartbreaking song, but it’s strikingly pretty. Once again, the piano is beautiful, and his voice is surprisingly deep.
