Colorful plaid

This fall is all about plaid, especially in oversized blazers and pants. But, don’t limit yourself! I’ve seen plaid in a wide-range of vibrant colors like red, blue, and purple. It’s the perfect fall pattern that you can turn into whatever you want to be: trendy, professional, or even casual.

Mustard Yellow

Mustard yellow is everywhere this year, and is a staple color in the fashion game. The good thing is you can style it in a variety of ways — as a scarf to add color to a neutral outfit, as a long sleeve top tucked into some plaid pants, or as a small purse to enhance any outfit.

Leather and Suede Skirts in Neutral Tones

We all know that denim skirts have made huge comeback in the fashion game, as they’re a wardrobe basic and can be dressed up or down. But, as we enter fall, leather and suede skirts will takeover — just enter any Urban Outfitters or Free People. Leather or suede skirts in neutral colors like mauve, grey, maroon, and brown are perfect for the fall! You can wear them with cute booties and even add black tights when it gets a tad colder.

Animal Print

Animal print is back and better than ever this fall, and one of the trendiest ways to wear it is in a pair of shoes or booties. Just take the cheetah print espadrilles pictured below, for example. Just pair these with your favorite white top and black jeans — so cute!

What’s your fall fashion fave??
