Dan Schuman (2015)

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Wash U chapter.

Looking for a worldly, outdoorsy future entrepreneur who can juggle? Well too bad, because Dan Schuman is currently studying abroad in Madrid. But don’t worry! He’ll be back in STL in the fall, so you still have a chance to win his heart. Tips for accomplishing this include: talking about birds (eagles = green light, pigeons = red light), serenading him with Childish Gambino, or surprising him with a picnic and/or an army of bobbleheads. You’ll be glad you did because in all seriousness, this week’s campus cutie is quite the catch.

Name: Dan Schuman.

Year: Junior.

Hometown: Jenkintown, PA.

Major: Majors in Economics and Strategy, Entrepreneurship. Minor in Spanish.

On Campus Activities: Sigma Nu, DSP, Club Soccer.

What’s your favorite animal and why? Eagle. Because America…?

What’s your least favorite animal? Pigeons are gross. Also, I got attacked by one. Flew right into my head…

What’s your favorite place in Madrid? Museo del Prado. It has some of the world’s best paintings.

Do you have any hobbies? I collect bobble heads. I have some of my favorite Philly athletes, like Donovan McNabb, but also some random ones, like Spider-Man and Abraham Lincoln…

What about secret talents? I can juggle!

What’s your motto? Why not?

Who is your celebrity girl crush? Celebrity boy crush? Alex Morgan. Donald Glover/Childish Gambino.

Do you have a theme song? “Around the World” by Red Hot Chili Peppers.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be? Stopping time.
