With summer coming up, knowing the best AC classes can help you with that last minute bikini bod. Here are a few of my favorite classes that will definitely get you in shape (or at least make you feel better about those extra John’s Donuts and toasted ravs.)

  1. Bootcamp

If you know me, you know I frequent bootcamp on Tuesdays and Thursdays and can be caught saying, “body by Haleigh.” Haleigh double as the softball team’s fitness coach when she’s not teaching at the AC, so you know she’s good. The class is the hardest thing you’ll ever do, but don’t worry it’s just 30 minutes!

      2.  Cycle IQ

I admit it, I’m basic and love spin class. If you’re like me and and you miss Soulcycle and Flywheel, this is the class for you. The instructor, Meghann, will push you past your limits (literally) using a technology called Cycle IQ. Cycle IQ measures your abilities in the beginning of class, which allows you to work within (or past) your limits.

      3.  TRX/Barre Fusion

This class is the best way to get an incredible workout with very little cardio. Working out using TRX bands is so awkward you almost forget how difficult the actual workout is. Mixed with barre, it gives you an ideal way to tone your body while looking incredibly uncomfortable- just hope that no one’s looking through the window from the AC.
