Must-Have Products to Combat Dry Skin

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Wake Forest chapter.

I don’t know about you, but the cold winter months wreak havoc on my skin. I have tried many products to keep my skin feeling smooth and hydrated during these drying times. Below, I have listed some of the products that have helped me tremendously.

1. Origins GinZing Energy-Boosting Gel Moisturizer.

This moisturizer makes your skin feel incredibly smooth and look exceptionally radiant. With the holidays right around the corner, stop at your local Sephora or Ulta and indulge.

2. Cetaphil.

I have to be careful what products I use as I have very sensitive skin and any lotion that has a fragrance makes me itchy. Cetaphil is the best solution for anyone with sensitive skin and you can even use it all over your body.

3. Nivea – Shea Daily Moisture.

I highly recommend this lotion. Not only is it deeply hydrating with indulgent shea butter, but it’s unisex so sharing is easy.

4. Tidal by Sunday Riley

While Sunday Riley products tend to be on the higher end price-point, the small size of this incredible enzyme water cream is $22.00. A small price to pay for a cream that will leave your skin brightened and refreshed after only one use.
