Oh, how the season of fall is upon us! It is sweater weather time and many people are ready to pull out their chunky sweaters, thick socks, leggings, and drink pumpkin spice lattes like it’s their job. The leaves on campus will begin to change to beautiful vibrant shades of reds, oranges, yellows, and purples. You will begin to see more people running on the trails, throwing Frisbees’ outside, taking pictures, and avoiding thinking about their impending exams. As the temperature begins to drop, and we say so long to tank-top weather, have no fear because there are still fantastic and engaging activities in Winston-Salem and on campus occurring. You can look forward to: the Dixie Classic Fair, Hit the Bricks, Billy Joel, Project Pumpkin, Homecoming and Pits-giving. These activities allow Wake Forest to unite and give thanks to others. While you may be knee deep in work, there is so much to look forward to. Get ready to pull out those sweaters and Uggs, and make sure to share experiences and be thankful– because fall is coming.
