1. Whiten your teeth. I have been using coconut oil to remove plaque, detoxify my mouth, and fight bacteria for years. Just take one tablespoon of coconut oil and spend 20 minutes swishing it around your mouth. I would recommend swishing with coconut oil in the morning when you’re getting ready, and make sure to spit into the trashcan to prevent your sink from clogging.

2. Hydrate’s dry skin. Winter is always tough on the skin; I noticed coconut oil was the best solution for me. I apply coconut oil all over my body after a shower to hydrate my dry skin or apply it to help ease skin after shaving. Coconut oil can be also be used as a makeup remover. So, you can get smooth and clear skin with just one product.

3. Get healthy hair. Like most people, I like having healthy and strong hair but enjoy staying within budget. When I started using coconut oil in my hair, once a month for 10 minutes, it was life-changing. I noticed my hair was so much shinier and softer. Some people even use coconut oil to get rid of their dandruff, so you really can’t go wrong.

Next time you’re at the store, pick up a container of coconut oil as the benefits are truly infinite.
